Absolutely. I live in Barcelona and I still think Sagrada Família is one of the most impressive places in the city. It is very touristy, of course, but there is really nothing else like it. The interior is especially beautiful when the sunlight comes through the stained-glass windows.
I would recommend going early in the morning, especially if you want to avoid the biggest crowds. Another great option is late afternoon, when the light coming through the stained glass makes the interior look incredible.
Around 1.5 to 2 hours is enough for most people. If you are interested in Gaudí, architecture, or want to visit one of the towers, I would allow closer to 2.5 hours.
Definitely go inside. The façades are impressive, but the interior is a completely different experience. As someone living in Barcelona, I would say that seeing only the outside means missing one of the best parts of the building.
Yes, especially if it is your first visit. You get a very different perspective of the architecture and some great views over Barcelona. I would add it if you have enough time, although the main interior is still the essential part of the visit.
