What you publish is yours. By publishing it you let Rabbit show it, rank with it, and quote it on Rabbit and in anything that links back to Rabbit. You can ask us to take it down at any time through the contact form.

A review needs you to say it out loud or to add a photo. It should be about a place you went to, in your own words.

Your voice. Recording is a way to write without typing. By default the recording is transcribed and deleted straight away. If you choose "Keep my voice", it is published with your answer so people can hear it, and you can remove it whenever you like. It is never used to train anything. Please make sure no one else can be heard clearly in the background: their voice is theirs, not yours to publish.

Insults or threats against people, hate, sexual content, spam, links, phone numbers, email addresses and handles from other networks. A harsh review of a place is fine. Attacking the people who work there is not.

We hold reviews that break these rules, or that our moderation is unsure about, until a person looks at them. Three different people reporting a review also puts it on hold. We can remove reviews, places, channels and accounts that break these terms.

Review the place and your visit. Do not name or describe staff or other people, and do not accuse anyone of a crime or of dishonesty. "The queue took two hours and nobody explained why" is a review. "The manager is a thief" is an accusation, and it will not be published.

You are responsible for what you say. Rabbit hosts reviews written by travellers; it does not write them and does not check every fact in them before they go live. Our moderation holds anything that looks like an accusation against a person until a human has read it.

If a review is about you or your business and you think it is false or defamatory, use the contact form and choose "Legal". Tell us which review and why. We look at every request, take the review down while we check it when there is a reasonable case, and reply to you. We may ask the author for their side.

Channels belong to whoever opened them. Rabbit moderates and edits them, and says so on the channel when it does. Places and cities that people propose stay hidden until a person checks them.

Rankings are the opinions of the people who reviewed on Rabbit. A place needs several reviews to climb, so one enthusiastic review cannot beat many good ones, and reviews stamped "on the spot" by GPS count for more. Until a place has reviews here, lists are ordered by how many travellers reviewed it on booking sites, and the page says so.

Some links go to tours and tickets on Viator, and Rabbit earns a commission if you book. That never changes a ranking. The links are marked as sponsored.

Reviews are what people said. Opening hours, prices and whether a place still exists can change, so check before you travel. Rabbit is provided as it is.
